Bent Writing Workshop with STORME WEBBER Today November 19th Noon

You have an opportunity to be a part of an intimate workshop with Storme Webber.  Her Mentor Showcase was a great success last night and today should have wonderful energy as a result.  Get out of your footy jammies, RSVP and let your creative energy flow!  Ms T.
Description
Please join Bent Mentor 2011 Storme Webber for a writing workshop!
$10-$15 sliding scale. Please RSVP here and grab a ticket so we know how many to expect. Space is limited to TWENTY participants.

TumbleMe Headquarters (this is a private home), 716 27th Ave, Apt A, Seattle, WA

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
This workshop aims to generate text (poetry, memoir, and/or experimental work) through discussion, reading and prompts. We will work on creating a performance of the newly generated piece, using multiple techniques, including theater, music, movement, breath and improvisation. These exercises are drawn from more than 25 years experience as a performing writer and producer. Devised especially for the shy and intimidated, we will first locate the joy of creation and fly on from that point!

New GIRL4GIRL Dances at Club Sur - Saturday September 11th & Sun Sept 19th

I am hoping that GIRL4GIRL's new parties will be HOT as they are hitting the floor running with some sexy and fun new dances over the next couple weeks starting with a repeating second Saturday dance this weekend.  G4G has changed hands and with the transition comes new energy and ideas.  I am going to give the dances a shot and am excited about the upcoming Sweet Tea Dances starting on Sunday's beginning the 19th of this month.

For those of us that looked forward to Sunday's just because we loved to dance to our favorite disco, funk and R&B tunes at the Timberline embraced by our Sunday best friends -- there is HOPE afloat!  Plus, 75cent beer's are back!  Dust off those party shoes and suck in your bottom lip as I know we have missed and have since mourned for the days of the original Tea Dances at the Timberline.  I am crossing my fingers and toes that these new dances will run a close second.  Of course, only if we show up and make them so!  Oh Santa...I have been so good this year...grant me an early present and I will be a very very good bad girl.  Ms T.
