Monday is Mammogram, pap and breast exam day, have you had yours?

I want to remind folks that you can go to CSPC on Monday and get a mammogram, pap and breast exam.  It is so important that we take time for ourselves to do self care and what a great place to receive these necessary services.  You will find links on the HOME page of Seattle Announcements linking you to the YWCA as I believe in supporting Ingrid and her work.

The YWCA LBTHealth Outreach together with CSPC in Seattle, are conducting a mobile mammography screening on Monday May 3rd 2010 between 10- 4 pm. We have a free program for income eligible people over 40 who are un- or underinsured, it is called the Breast and Cervical Health Program and you will receive a pap test, clinical breast exam and a mammogram in a coach from Swedish Breast Center in front of the Center.
