Yard Sale FundRaiser that is easy to fit in between the Health Fair and the Dyke March
For those of you that know Ruth, you will know that she is headed to South Dakota to dance in a Lakota Ceremony. What folks may or may not know is what an incredible honor it is to be invited to dance in this sacred ceremony on land that has been danced on for many years by others. I admit I have an extremely limited understanding of what all this entails but feel blessed to have a teacher such as Ruth to share information with me so I can gain a better understanding of that which I have had little exposure. Before or after you pop into the Rainbow Health Fair at Gilda's Place (ah hem), stop by Ruth's and purchase a little something to help her on her way. Head up to the hill early for the Dyke March (check your traffic routes as I hear there is hell traffic in spots) and say high and part with a little cash - lol.
